JAKARTA – Kepala Badan Pengelola Investasi (BPI) Danantara, Rosan Roeslani, mengungkapkan alasan keterlibatan Danantara dalam rencana akuisisi GOTO oleh Grab. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menjaga kesejahteraan para driver ojol, sehingga seluruh sumber daya tidak dikuasai secara langsung oleh perusahaan asal Singapura, Grab.

“Yang penting bagi Danantara adalah kita juga ingin menjaga agar kesejahteraan para ojol tetap baik. Kalau Danantara masuk, kita ingin memastikan kesejahteraan mereka, justru itu yang paling utama,” ujarnya saat ditemui usai acara Pertemuan Tahunan Bank Indonesia (PTBI) 2025 di Jakarta, Jumat malam (29/11/2025).

Rosan mengatakan saat ini pihaknya masih menunggu perkembangan lebih lanjut terkait aksi korporasi untuk menggabungkan perusahaan dalam negeri dengan perusahaan asing tersebut. Namun, ia mengakui telah ada permintaan dari GOTO terkait rencana keterlibatan Danantara dalam proses akuisisi ini.

“Kita serahkan prosesnya kepada Grab dan GOTO, karena sedang berjalan. Mereka juga menyampaikan kepada kita agar terbuka kalau Danantara ingin berpartisipasi,” kata Rosan.

“Untuk sekarang, kami persilakan dulu Grab dan GOTO melanjutkan proses kerjasamanya, atau bentuknya seperti apa. Penggabungan atau lainnya, kita serahkan dulu kepada mereka,” tambahnya.

Sebelumnya, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Danantara, Pandu Sjahrir, mengatakan bahwa intervensi dalam aksi korporasi PT GOTO Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) dan Grab Holdings Ltd. akan tetap mempertimbangkan sisi komersial dan imbal hasil yang menarik.

Namun demikian, Pandu belum menjelaskan lebih jauh posisi Danantara dalam aksi korporasi perusahaan dengan kode saham GOTO ini. Meski begitu, Danantara siap memberikan dukungan kepada perusahaan anak bangsa agar terus berkembang.

“Mereka harus mengikuti B2B, kita lihat prosesnya, nantinya kita pasti akan support. Tapi kita lihat, karena yang penting juga dari sisi commercial return harus ada, dan kita harus juga menjaga itu. Tapi tentu kita mendengarkan masukan pemerintah,” pungkasnya.
